He is a cheese expert with over seventeen years’ experience in the cheese industry. He is a seasoned professional cheese judge with over 9 years of service at both the International Cheese & Dairy Awards and British Cheese Awards. His dedication was recognised by the International Cheese & Dairy Awards who appointed him as one their ambassadors.
